Hey All,
Its my first time posting and its also a looooooong shot. I have this dance tune stuck in my head for the last 15 years but I don't know what its called. I listened to it around 96-97 but it could be earlier. I will write down a few lines of the lyrics that I (sort of) remember and the chorus. It was sung by a female and was in that haunting style popular around that time (like Dilemma:In Spirit). I'm not expecting anything but if anyone has any idea i'd be made up.
'making enemies apart from one is bad, thoughts of needing to fly better left unsaid
every waking moment when you're here, I pay attention to the little things you say because....( then into chorus)
(Chorus)
I imagine how you feel (but I like it this way)
I pretend that you are here ('cos I want it this way)
I imagine how it feels ('cos I like it this way)'
The words in brackets in the chorus are sung in the background straight after the unbracketed bit (is that falsetto?).
Any one any ideas? Wrecks my head singing it sometimes knowing its probably still out there.
