Fabrice 94 A is two tracks at least, mixed over each other. One of them is Air Liquide - "Semiwave"

Semiwave is the track *without* the open 909 hi-hat. It has a relatively high pitched synth modulating up and down. Both tracks in your clip have 303 basslines but the Semiwave bassline is only really audible at the end of the clip.

It's an amazing track, well worth getting.
