Can anyone please identify this song i have been searching for.

The sample in the song goes "Shakin the cuts to rock the whole equator" (Thanks Meltdown)!!!!!

I cant find the tape I had it on so made I very good snippet if any can help that would be great

Year is about 1994

Its seems this sample turns up in quite a few songs.
