its from April 1996 but maybe this tune is older - has a '95 sound to it?

Edit: I have heard this track in another mix that was from the end of February 1996 so a little earlier than in the title ;]

I might be miles off but i instantly thought it had a back to basics feel to it. Then from looking at the track list i see that the next 4 tunes that follow are on that label. I'll have a trawl through all the b2b stuff at some point to see what i can find. (unless you've already done that).
