Most wanted tune!!!!

Hi am after a tune I have on a Wigan pier tape from 1992 the tune has the same "lyrics" from capella's everybody hypnotic cyber mix (dum dum da da da da, dum dum dum da da da), with some guy rapping and a piano.
Any help much appreciated, thanks in advance.
