I reckon thats the acapella of wendel williams played over another tune which is kind of similar to Dance Tones track on D-Zone Records

Please do not offer money for an ID, It's against the rules!

I may be able to help, my friend purchased:

https://www.discogs.com/FXU-Steel-City-EP/master/79099

https://www.discogs.com/Hypersonic-Dance-Tones/release/1091629

https://www.discogs.com/DNA-La-Serenissima/release/78676

and also another 12" on the same day in 1990 which I am sure your ID is from,

The record sleeve was similar to FXU Steel City release but with out any text and in a gray and black colour, it was certainly 1990 and very similar to the FXU sleeve pattern.

You say right...I recorded this track on the radio and the dj says he doesn't know the title of the song because there is no writing on the vinyl.

I search.........
