Er, not much I can remember about this one.

It's got the lyric 'closer' repeated in it, but I' sure it's not the tune by Mr Fingers...

Erm, it was on a pioneer promo video in about 1994, some Japanese DJ was mixing it...

There was a progressive house tune that came out in 1994 by Hope called "Tree Frog" with loads of frog noises in and a bloke saying "it's getting closer".....if I remember correctly. Was sort of French kiss-y.
