Late 1991/ Early 1992 Tape ID required...Sasha?

Peeps,

I have a (very poor) copy of a tape made back in 1991 or early 1992. I was told at the time it was Sasha DJing but it seems quite a large part of my old Sasha tapes are not the man himself! Durrr. So....does anyone have any idea who produced the tape (a fairly slow mix by the way - on my copy at least) with the following tunes on:

Simply Red - Something Got Me Started
New Jack Hustler
Yobots - I Got It
Papua New Guinea
Seal - Killer
ICP - Free and Equal
Bizarre Inc - Can U Feel The Passion
Latinos in the House


Even better, does anyone have a good copy!? Again, will pay good dough for one!
