I know it has the same sample of the woman screaming as C.M.C TIP TOE ..1992 - YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Cn_aHHztPY) (1992) but, that isn't the same tune that is in the video.

Also, does anybody know the source of the sample? I have heard of it being referred to as the speed up/slowdown sample.
