It sounds 1990/91 especially with those almost 'bleep' sounding synth sounds. I would say it is more 1991. Perhaps late 91 and played in early 92?

Do you think it might be an Italian tune? ... just did some Googling and can see Kama Kama was/is an Italian radio show.
Do you know the name of the DJ that played this tune?

If you have the show/set and know the names of the other tracks, which would tell you what label they're on, you could try listening to other releases on those labels.
Or it could be a tune on the same release/EP as one of the tunes you know within that set, so you could try listening to the entire EP.

Any bit of info you can give us may help us to ID this tune. :)
