techno tune from 1997 or 1998

hi experts! I am for a techno tune from the summer 1998 (I guess), Not quite sure if it was in any charts, but it could have been. So its quite a bit of commercial tune. tje only thing i do know is that there was a part with a sound like "car horns". sorry can't describe it more exactly.

I know its nearly impossible to find out, but maybe someone knows.

sorry mates! these are not at all the tunes. the car horn sample was a bit staccato like.

the only similar (belonging the car horn) tune is
garbage man - outta ya fuckin mind - YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eNa-pQgO_p8) but the sound of my searched tune was more commercial than this, not so hardcore stylish
