I am looking for another track which use's the sample "to the beat" that you hear for the first time at 0.32 in the sample below. it is an Italian house track from around 93-95 era, I hope someone can help, thank you :)

The track I am looking for has the same vocals as that track and is a bit faster with a nice riff to it. But it's not that track, Thank you.
