Please Help ID Unknown Track from 1998-1999 Carl Cox Essential Mixes

Hi Guys, anybody knows the name for this track, it was featured on several Carl Cox essential mixes during 1998 and 1999 but for some reason, it was never mentioned in the tracklistings, I tried asking Carl himslef, but no luck anybody has any ideas thanks. It's a great classic track, need desperate help!!!!!!!:confused:
