'"if you only had living flesh" - 1992 house

A funky tune from around 92 that had this "if you only had living flesh" sample in it, said by a creepy sounding man (like an Igor character in a Frankenstein movie)

Any ideas please??
I'll try to sort a sample out...

Listening again, I've got two tracks mixed in there, but I guess if you know it, you'd still know it.
Still not found out, but.... will carry on listening to tracks!....
