Indie Track Used in Advert - 1991/2

I think this track was used in a UK beer/lager advert in 1991 or 1992. Something keeps telling me it was Miller Light, but having scoured the internet I've found absolutely nothing.

I'll be impressed if anyone can identify this, or even knows what I'm talking about!

Apologies for the quality. I only had a rubbish cassette player in 1991. :S
