2 Tune ID's

These 2 tunes are from a club called the Metro , from May 1992,
I'm trying to find the names of them , the DJ in the samples says there off a record called Tunes 92 , or something like that,
I couldn't find it anywhere on the net ,
any ideas of the name of the tunes, Cheers.

He says Their unreleased and on a tape called tunes 92 which is for sale, which is what hes playing I guess
He says "Dance with me" after that on the first clip, and Im sure I can hear the Dance sample (used by Bizarre inc)
