Two 1992/3 tunes, unsure about

Track 1 : Sounds like a sample of "pop an E, you know I 'aint crazy", my mate thinks it is "pop a E, going in crazy", which is probably more likely. It is NOT the M-Beat tune (unless a remix). Played on a DJ Pilgrim mix, I believe in December 1992.

Track 2 : My friend says he heard this at the start of a Pete Tong mix many years back, early 90's, and it starts with the "Captain Caveman" sample shouting.

Any ideas ? Thanks as always.
