This is the last unknown tune from the DJ Mars @ The Frightyard 1992 set.
Its got a real strong Latin flavor going on. It has the chipmonked samples "Yeeeeeeeeep Ahhhhhhhhh" + "Why don't you love me like I love you". All the while theres a really high pitched version of that classic house organ sound that was popular in NYC Garage house in 1991. The track has a steady 909 beat but later on it goes breakbeat.
I've already asked on several message boards on this one including Back To The Old Skool (http://www.backtotheoldskool.com) and DJ Mars himself. I'm quite lost on this. I have a feeling this was an American release because those tend to the most elusive since they weren't played in the UK.
