Track from late 90's with enya orinoco flow background music?

Can anyone help me id this track?
Its been driving me mad for ages. ive looked on youtube and google but can't find it anywhere!
I'm sure it was either called golden delicious or was by golden delicious but when i search all i come up with is some American rock group!
It was always being played in uk nightclubs back in the late 90's & was always being played on judge jules radio show.
There was no singing in it at all which is making it even harder to find.
