Help - Been looking to id these oldskool tunes for ages!

Firstly hello as its my first post on this forum.

Been looking to id these two tunes from 1991(ish) for ages. Please check the link and I would appreciated any help you can give;

Someone did suggest the second one was Jumpin Julian Perez Relight My Fire Dub version from dj international import, but after buying that it isnt the right one!

Cheers for the reply Mccider :-) Its the right tune not the right mix. I got this version as well and its not this either Julian "Jumpin" Perez - Relight My Fire (Roger S. Remixes) (Vinyl) at Discogs (http://www.discogs.com/release/47071)

Any ideas on the first tune with the "emergency emergency" sample. Sounds like its sampled from the start of Miami Sound Machine - Dr. Beat?
