Rave/Techno tune from 1991

Hi,

First post here. In 1991 I absolutely loved a particular rave/techno tune which I back then tried hard top ID. Went to all the underground record stores etc with no luck. Hopefully this forum can help!

Attached is a short sample of the tune.
