'I believe in love'

Very vague sorry. Had it on a double cassette album of early techno which I got in the mid 1990s. (Would love to know what this album was too...)

Has chilled out synthy chords going on in the background (reminding me a little of 'You're Not Alone' by Olive or early Inner City).
Over the top is a chilled out woman's voice going through all the things she believes in... 'I believe in....[whatever], I believe in...' and then it's 'I believe in love'
Any help, most sincerely and graciously welcome!

listening to it i've realised the vocal never says 'i believe in love' but 'i believe in you and me'.. funny what your memory does to tunes you haven't heard in years.... :) And thanks again for the links Bunkerheadz
