Tune (around 92-95) on a DJ Nipper mix from Manchester

Hi all

I am searching for tune from around 92-95 ish. It was part of a mix on either 1FM or Centerforce by Manchesters 'finest' DJ Nipper. Most of mix was drum and bass 'ish and then there was a distinct tune which started off slow with the lyrics "Feel the fucking base". It may have been a sample but I can't be sure. Equally all the other tracks on that mix were awesome. If anyone knows this particular tune or indeed or of the other tracks I would be really greatful if you could let me know. Sorry for being so vague but someone out may know the tune(s).

The 1 i was thinking of was actually on 3rd Party Records which was an offshoot label of Ibiza Noise Factory - Alienation EP (Vinyl) at Discogs (http://www.discogs.com/Noise-Factory-Alienation-EP/release/67232)
