ID7 sounds like it could be a different mix of a Joey Negro tune or mix. Sorry to be vague, the "won't give up" sounds like something I have but I've only just got all my tunes back out after years of storage and I know I have something similar sounding. Maybe on 'Z Records', that rings a bell..BTW if you get a ID on ID2 please pass it on!

As I thought, the vocal is a sample off the acappella mix here..Rainbow Connection (2) - Surrender (Vinyl) at Discogs (http://www.discogs.com/Rainbow-Connection-Surrender/release/260882) ..Sadly not the tune you want, just an ID on the vocal if that helps.:confused:
