I've tried searching Acid tunes from 1990-1991.
Tried searching using the lyrics "I was on the Acid" and "I was under Acid". Not sure exactly what he's saying.
I don't think it's an Acid House era tune. It defo sounds 1991 for the most part.

I guess you can narrow it down to 88-90 - UK (english accent, breakbeats, the sampling...)
