Unknown Bleep-Track from about 1990-91

Hello and a happy new year,

is there a bleep-track, which name is "The Bilger" or something like that?
I've read this in the darkness on a vinyl, but I think it's wrong, because I cannot find any record with this name. The label seems to be black and there is only this name in white capital letters (I've only seen one side of the record, I don't know, how the label looks on the other side)on it. I think it's from about 1990-91 (many bleeps). Please can somebody help? Thanks.

Thank you doolz, but it isn't this. The track I'm looking for has no or at least not so heavy breakbeats and it's a little bit slower (I think it's older than The Tingler). There were those bleeps and then comes a rising synthy-riff over it. After a while it repeats.

(I hope you understand what I mean, because my English is not the best ;-)
