Old school prog trance track '94ish

Hi guys this has been bothering me for a while, I'd love to put a name to this monster of a progressive old schooler.

My buddy said it came from a mixed tape by Dj maxx form '94 which could make the track even a bit older, however it could fall anywhere around there.
