This is a cool ambient dance track in the same vein as "Selected Ambient Works" and "UFOrb." It appears on many mixtapes I own circa '92-'93. It samples an old song with the lyrics "on a wonderful day like today... I defy any cloud to appear in the sky."

It has breakbeats, whimiscal whistles and tweeting birds. It sounds like a bit of a novelty, so I wouldn't be surprised if it was a white label track.

If my description doesn't help, I uploaded a clip.

Any help would be fantastic!

The sample is from an Anthony Newley song, "A Wonderful Day Like Today" from the musical "The Roar of the Grease Paint - The Smell of the Crowd".

The track you're after is 'Wonderful Day' by Flag
