I have no idea who this is by. I think the style is '92 breakbeat hardcore. The main vocal samples are a guy saying "Time Bomb" in an intense voice, and an MC-ish "I want bass!". The sound goes back and forth from loud and rough to serene and breezy. I hope someone knows what I'm talking about. Thanks! =)
