That's one of the greatest techno tracks of all time, from one of the greatest techno releases, in my opinion.

"Mauve Violin" from Luke Slater - X-Tront Vol. 2 at Discogs (http://www.discogs.com/Luke-Slater-X-Tront-Vol-2/master/9256) from 1993.

C1 on the vinyl. Heavily played in my sets.
