Italian? dance track that sounds like Yazoo - "dont go"

Hi

I need help trying to ID a tune that is most likely an italian dance track from the 80's or early 90's that has a sample similar to Yazoo - "dont go" but dosnt have any lyrics apart from some man shouting something like "Oooohhhhhh Iskaloohgah!!" and "kar la le wooh". It might be football related (possibly Mexico 86). Unfortunately I dont have a sample to put on the forum. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

:).. this is the track I was looking for.. well considering that I heard this track about 16 years ago.. my description was very good :eyebrow: It sounded a little faster then but its definately that track I heard.
