Early noughties latin sounding dance tune

I'm new here, but I'm no dance music historian, so the tune I'm looking for will probably be id'd pretty easily by one of you hardcore fans. I've put it in 1994-2000 because it could be pre-2001, but I'm not sure.
I've heard it a few times, then I heard it as the soundtrack to a boxing show on TV in 2003. Here's the link:
