I sampeled it from a mix from Dimitri, from 1993. I think both tracks are well-known, but I don't know the title and artist... thanks in advance!

2 is Cajmere feat. Dajae 'Brighter Days' (Todd's TNT Dub)

First one is really familiar, think it may have vocals summat like "the beat that makes you move\groove" in it somewhere
