Early Dance Track ID

Evening all

I have an ID here which sounds like a Anticapella production or maybe a B side to a 2 Unlimited track. It's on this Benn-McCllelan promo video from 1995 but it sounds like a 91/92 tune. I've posted this on a few forums but nobody knows what track this is, suprising really as it sounds very familiar.
