Tune from Nipper - Phobia 92 and Ian Ossia 93

This should be an easy one. First heard it on a Nipper tape from Phobia in Leeds (think its dated Feb 92). But the sample posted is the same tune from an Ian Ossia tape in July 93.

Been meaning to find out what it is for years :)

asked for tracklist on osa, got quick reply with a link to it, dug out the mix, listened, worked it out and well basicly, the end result to all this is..............

Never occurred to me to look for the tracklist. I searched on here for old Nipper ID's (some from yourself from the same tape).
