Bleep Techno Around 1991

Hi all. I've grabbed this track from an old tape I had. Its a spacey bleepy techno track. The tape also had on 2 For Joy - In A State, N Joi - Anthem, so I'd say its 91 sometime.

Sorry for the poor quality.

If anyone could ID it I'd be really grateful.
