Tune Id Circa 1991 Old Skool House

Please help with an ID from a tune I have been trying to trace for 18 Years!! It's from 1991 or before and was featured at a rave I went to back in Dec 1991, when hardcore was played with house, was played with techno.
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated
