I'm trying to find out who this is, it's a Detroit-ish sounding techno track from the late 90's. The excerpt is from an unknown dj-mix from around 2000/2001.

any ideas?
thanx.

Yes it does, I've got loads of that stuff on vinyl, but whatever
I'll stop looking for it then, I spend days searching for people
Like this one where I'd never heard it before but I ID'd it http://www.tuneid.com/drum-bass/53832-name-deep-roller-me.html
