I've got a feeling your track is this Free Radicals, The - Summer Breeze (12") at Discogs (http://www.discogs.com/Free-Radicals-Summer-Breeze/release/616683) but i was unable to find a clip to confirm will keep digging tho

Wow that was quick... and to think I have been wondering the name of this for over a decade! The Australian link makes sense as I picked up the tape in Sydney.. just need to find a copy or mp3 now.
