Chicane Offshore Remix

Got this remix of Chicane which I downloaded, supposedly called
"Hawks Thinking Of Summer Remix"
Problem is I cant find any evidence of such a mix existing on Discogs, and the quality of the download was crap too. I would like to get it on vinyl but need some help. Not sure when it was made either.
