"Voices" from Mephisto's vocal

Since I heard this fully vocal remix of the classic "Voices" by Mephisto, I'm pretty sure I heard this vocal somewhere else and that it's a sampled vocal (see Alhogena released before, with parts of the same vocal).

By chance, anybody knows the original vocal source for this ? thanks in advance !

Matteo, it seems that Primetime is another record using the same sample, after listening to it to Youtube, it seems it's not the same song compared to your mp3 in your first post.

DJ_Flet, I can't recognize anything with it in the Jam Jam song ?

By the way, I found the right answer : it's a 1991 track called "I'm Not In Love" by Basscut. Here's the Satoshi Tomiie remix :
