This is what I thought it was :

but it's not - listening again, it's 2 tunes. The first part is :

YouTube - Studio 2 - Dirty games (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LqmvuwKw94A)

which has a similar bassline to the Planet Dance tune. Don't know what the shouted 'hardcore' vocal is from though.

yeah mate its the second tune i am after the one with the hardcore vocals. Looks like its thkrd time unlucky for this one : (

not sure of the date but its easygroove and robbie dee @ quest (though its conrad in this clip) bound to be late 92/early 93
