Unknown house vocal tune from circa 1987

Hi.

I have had this tune for years now and it dates back to circa 1987 - confident on the date as the tape I recorded this mp3 from has tunes by Kylie Minogue and Taja Sevelle on...I was young so I have an excuse!

It's fairly early house and reminds me somewhat of Gwen Guthrie's Ain't Nothing Going on but the rent.

If anyone can recognise this I'd be eternally grateful :D
