Ok bear with me but i'm putting up this Bros tune ( don't all run away LOL ) There was an old U.K. hardcore tune late '91 early '92 that used the vocal at 38 seconds in this video

That starts with that vocal, cannot find any audio though :(

N1 groovesection i think that's the 1 but something tells me there was also another tune with same :S Unfortunately not the tune trying to be ided, this will explain and maybe someone here can help ;)
