I only recognize track 11... I think its Frank De Wulf - Compression (B-sides) But played a bit slower in the mix!!

I think you're on to something Pluto. Can only find the main mix on the Tube. The vocal sample is the same and the baselines are very close. So, I'm off to Discogs to take a chance or if anyone else can confirm via the other three mixes on the vinyl.
