Yes, Mr. Fug, could well be 'The Movement', although your sample sounds '92/'93. Haven't heard 'The Movement' 4 a long while, and I dont have it on vinyl, so Its a guess. Come to think of it, I think 'Jump by The Movement' came out '93.
