easygroove unknowns!

can anyone PLEASE help with a couple of tunes i have on an easygroove tape, i think its quest with mc robbie dee. First one is a bit ragga techno with a guy saying what sounds like "tell me what i is, tell me whart i is, tell me what i is i want some chips and cockney" prob not what he sayin really though lol.The other tune is hard to describe as it has no lyrics apart from "there is no guest list tonight", its really hard and most prob dutch by the sounds of things.any help would be great though i realise this is a long shot unless you have the same tape (mixes demo and poet welcome to my nightmare with dj crysyl drop xtc toward end of first side).Thanks again for any help.
