Hi laith.

Don't know if it's any help but the back beat to 'unknown dj @ eclipse 1991' is '101's_Rock To The Beat'. Maybe possible it's two tunes mixed together!?. Only a few dj's did this, would be interesting to find out who the dj was. Hope this helps as it's a really interesting tune ive not heard before.
