Matteo is right. It's Voice of Africa "Hoomba Hoomba". I had this on vinyl but sold it a couple of years back. The one I had was a White label british promo and it is the "Boiling mix" you are after. I ripped it before selling and have just checked but for some reason I had labelled it as "The Vocal Mix" but It is the "Boiling Mix".

i ordered the Discomagic copy; arrived today. it sadly don't contains the vocal version (Boiling Mix). just to inform you... ;) only instrumental!
