Hi

Looking for a euro/possibly italian techno track from around 92/93 that centred on this funky riff.

This riff has been used in a few tracks such as FPI project - Come on and do it and Hope - Tree Frog but it's not those.

Cheers

I think Jael Ouida- A'Ye...Uses that riff. was it from a Sasha/Digweed mix by any chance? If the tune you mean has a 'Ahhhhhh yeeeeeeeeaaah' male vocal...its more than likely that. Ed

Jael Ouida - A-Ye' (12") at Discogs (http://www.discogs.com/Jael-Ouida-A-Ye/release/527746)

Hi Ed, thanks for the reply. Just heard a preview of that one on juno - unfortunately that's not the one.

The one I'm thinking of was more euro and uptempo and not so much house, and doesn't offset the riff early like in come on and do it / a-ye but plays it from start to end on beat one of the bar (if that makes sense! like 1:43 into tree frog (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fv121Rdm3xs))

Cheers

Hi guys. The only other track I can think of is Herbal Hands by B-Line. But the riff is right at the start.

The original riff is "Hang Up Your Hang Ups", on "Man child" LP of Herbie Hancock
